1) The farm consists of 4 pieces of ground with separate titel deeds making up a total of 70 hectares, enclosed in a 4km double-electric fence.
2) There are 4 boreholes, two of which are equipped and in use. Two of these are extremely strong – one of the ones in use being more than 36,000 ltrs/hr.
3) There are 3 prepaid electric meters supplying the 3 houses (one of which is not being used as the house needs completion before being habitable).

5) The stone thatch outbuildings include:-
- a large lapa with an upper room and adjoining stone thatch toilet, shower and kitchen area with hot and cold water;
- a double garage open on one side;
- a 3 room controls centre/workers’ rooms;
- an outside kitchen and toilet and bath next to the workers’ rooms;
- a garage next to the smaller house (the ‘lodge’);
- 5 massive stables and 5 smaller ones with ‘courtyards’ in front of each, behind the main house, that can be used as worker’s quarters;
- About 12 small huts (2 x 2 x 2m) in 2 camps next to the main house that we used for.
