FOR SALE Bandurria from the 1800s. By legend this bandurria was brought to South Africa by the Dutch family, De Vries, after the Boer War in 1902 via Argentine.
The De Vries brothers offered music and dance lessons in Pretoria, South Africa. The original advertisement for these lessons is hereby included, as well as some lesson material for the music.
The bandurria was the property of the late Roelof Arjens de Vries (1887-1962) 12 strings (6 pairs).
