Land rover series 3 1978
2.25l land rover series 3 109 PUP with all original running gear.
The land rover was completely rebuilt from ground up in 2008 with a galvanized chassis (no rust).
All invoices available from rebuild.
Since then it was used on the farm as a hunting vehicle.
Recently spent 25K getting it sorted again (invoices available)
Work done includes but not limited to:
New front + rear diff oil, new gearbox oil, new transfer box oil, new engine oil and filter, new steering swivel bearing oil, two new inline fuel filters, carb cleaned and tuned, new fuses(all electrics working including instrument cluster lights).New battery(2 year warranty) and connector points, new spark plugs, new HT leads.
Recently rubberised bin, repainted trim, repainted front bumper, added 2nd hand grab handles on rear bumper, repainted tow hitch, cut rubber mats for floors, new rubber door seals, new rubber boot for hi-lo selector, added wood trim to doors and chequer plate on fender tops and side sills.
New wipers and wiper blades.
Rims have just been repainted limestone ( period correct colour for this landy), All tyres have over 80% tread left, this includes 2 brand new tyres. All tyres are balanced and alignment done.
Vehicle has a new A-frame and towing light bar for long distance towing.
PAPERS AVAIBLABLE but not on road. Vehicle was deregistered before rebuild in.
