4 or 8 gig ddr3 ram wanted

Hi. I am looking for 4 or 8 gig ddr3 ram, must be 1 ram module, as the 1 slot on my m board is not working. Can pay R250 for 4gig and R400 for 8 gig. Pls no emails.
