The house is situated inside the Sanlameer Golf estate at Marina Beach, South Coast, Natal. It is fully furnished. There are 5 equal partners in total.
There are no set booking times and if the other partners have not booked time there you can make a booking when ever you want to.
The monthly levy is R1700 per partner.
There is a cleaning service that comes in after each visit, for which partners have to pay separately.
