The rooms are spacious with built in cupboards. Both rooms have been newly painted. The house comprises of 3 bedrooms with a large kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, bath and shower and a spacious lounge. There is also a separate toilet. The monthly rent is R3000 per calendar month and a 6 weeks deposit of R4500. We will require employment references and payslips.
