Iâ€™m a 31 year old white male IT business owner looking for a young professional to rent a bedroom and storage room in my Emmarentia Home. There is plenty of parking in the driveway/garden, you will have shared use of the large lounge (there is a projector for movies), kitchen, gardens and sun room.

There is plenty of space for your own furniture and space for an extra washing machine and fridge. There is also fibre internet on WiFi and a dishwasher to share. For security, there is electric fencing, house alarm, motorised gate on battery backup and CCTV cameras. Water and refuse is included, prepaid electricity and internet costs to be shared between the 3 of us (one room is rented to a young white student, who is very chilled and easy to get along with).

I've stayed here for 5 years, keep to myself (working in my office) and have tidy living habits. I do like to host a braai once every 2-3 months. I have two friendly dogs here; a Siberian Husky and an Alaskan.
