This is what a classy classic ball & claw armchair is supposed to look like – No cheap imitation! This is an older original design which explains its beautiful classic good looks. The solid wood frame, the arms, the rattan, the restrained ball & claw feet are put together in the right proportion and epitomises the classic design styles of the early post-war era. The original upholstery has survived remarkably well showing only a few blemishes here and there. The chair is still in good condition although you might want to re-upholster it if shabby chic is not your thing.
