LOBATSE CAMP – LUXURY SELF CATERING TENTED ACCOMMODATION IN THE DINOKENG GAME RESERVE

Close to Pretoria, just over an hour and half from Oliver Tambo International and Lanseria airport, and approximately 25 minutes from Wonderboom airport the Dinokeng Game Reserve is accessible for a weekend stay without having to travel too far.
WHAT IS OFFERED:
3 x 2-bed tents with en-suite bathrooms
1 x 2-bed bedroom in farmhouse with bathroom
1 x 2-bed bedroom in look-out tower with outside toilet & shower
10 beds – plus sleeper couches in 2 tents - 4 extra beds

The camp is fully secured with electric fence
Ample fridge/freezer space
Crockery, cutlery, glasses are supplied
Bedding is supplied

Daily Rate for Camp:
High Season R4,000.00 per day
Low Season R3,000.00 per day
Winter R2,000.00 per day

Payment schedule:
50% payable to secure booking
50% (2 weeks) prior to stay
Breakage fee:
1 day’s rate payable with balance prior to stay,
Payable back 30 days after stay!

NOT ALLOWED:
Self drive game drives
Entrance to the reserve and Lobatse Camp , is at your own risk
Dangerous game roam free/Do not alight from your vehicle
Please do not litter
Normal wildlife rules apply
Caution:
Keep tent doors closed at all times, be aware of snakes & scorpions

Directions to Lobatse Camp: From Pretoria
Take the Polokwane Highway towards Pietersburg
After passing the Zambezi Off ramp you will get to the first tollgate Pumulani
Continue with high way and pass the next two off ramps
1st one will be Pyramid, 2nd one will be Wahlmansdal
Take the 3rd off-ramp Hammanskraal/Boekenhoudskloof
Go through tollgate and turn right over highway and left 1st road going to Rust de Winter
Continue through the township until you get to the boom gate entrance of the Dinokeng Game Reserve, Note: (you will be charged a fee on exciting the reserve per person)
Continue with this road, you will pass various lodges. On your right will be Kwalata, further on the left you will see Mongena, continue straight
Further on the left you will see the Safari Mall, Liquor Store and garage, nice to stop if you want to buy some liquor, ice and re-fuel

Then you continue and pass The Shopping Mall, drive over a grid and turn right onto the dirt – De Wagensdrift Road.
Continue with the dirt road, for about 3km and you will see various farm names, look for Lobatse Camp on the Sign Board on your right
At the gate you need to phone Kleinboy (072 414 7075) or Wouter Mol (083 252 7511) to open the gate, continue with this road until you get to the pylons (power lines), follow the Lobatse Camp signs
Turn left and drive along the pylons , through a drift till you get to a sign “Pieter & Cielie le Roux & Lobatse Camp”, keep to the right
Continue drive through a open green disused sliding gate, pass an old white house on the righthandside and continue with dirt to the end where the road will turn up left to the farmhouse
Just follow the road it will make a turn to the left taking you to the house!!
