The decoder comes with all the required add-on such as remote, power cable, HDMI/RCA cable. Model number is DSR4828 from Altech.
The dish is in perfect working order and was used with the above PVR. The model number of the receiver (or feed horn) is Lk7US-CP as shown in the picture and the dish includes a wall mount on the back.
