Great flat recently renovated. Has new stove and geyser. Looks great with solid tenants. Never had issues and they look after the flat. Unit is in a good building that has 24HR security and controlled access. Great surrounding. On bus route. Unit is in 9th floor so it's quiet and it has great views of the PTA CBD and roof garden over the parking garage. Tenants are easy to find if ever.
