It consists of a number of furnished bachelor rooms each fitted with basic furniture, small kitchenette (small fridge, microwave) as well as private bathroom. The premises has a big swimming pool and braai area.

Each tenant has access to a secure parking area and private access to the premises.

There are cloth-washing facilities available at the premises and each room is in process of being fitted with pre-paid electrical meters.

As a new tenants we required you to provide us with a copy of your ID, salary slip and deposit of R2400 as well as rent of R2400 payable up front and monthly payable through signed debit order with your own.
