URGENT!! I need a person to share a 3 bed room house with my brother who occupies one bedroom.
This house is located in Turffontein and it includes the following:
A reasonably sized kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a huge lounge, laundry room, swimming pool, braai area and ample space in the backyard.
2 Bathrooms- both with shower and bath
Water (municipal rates apply, they bill will be sent everything to be paid by user)
Electricity- meter is installed, will be purchased by user
I do not have hectic preferences except the following:
Tidiness
Responsible person
Respectful
Sober habits
Not too much into parties
Person with care for other people's.
