The house is a large, private residence with a beautiful green garden, spacious rooms and plenty of safe parking. The neighborhood of Garsfontein is upmarket, quiet, safe and close to major shopping centers, gautrain bus routes etc.
The available room overlooks the garden and is very spacious with a lot of built-in cupboards. Bathroom is shared with one other neat lady and is large (shower and bath) with a separate toilet.
Price includes partial water and lights (we only pay in a small amount each month), maid service, garden service, armed response.
Regret NO smoking and unfortunately no pets.
This would be ideal for a female, working or responsible student.
