well as a kettle, microwave and toaster. Bathroom has a bath and a shower.
Rent is R3200 per month for a single individual. Deposit of R3200 also required with first month's rent
(can be split over 2 months). Water & lights included. Fibre internet access available at an additional R150 per month. Couples will be considered, but the rental and deposit amount will be R3500. No pets or children.
