Very neat 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Present tenant has been there for 2yrs and house mate left. She needs a lady of approx. 30 to share with her. The person will have to bring own bed for her room. Must be a neat person and will have to pay half of the water & electricity bill also.
