This projector is in excellent condition. It works like new and includes the remotes and manual and cables. I have had it for a short time as I purchased new just never got around to installing it . It has an LED light source that does not burn out like conventional projectors bulbs. I am selling it now because I am moving and no longer need it as seen in photos item is in next to new condition
