I am looking for available land to rent to start up a small business.
So basically I am in need of someone who already lives on a plot or small farm and does not use the land.
I am willing to pay a smallish amount in the beginning and also sign a lease.
I am wanting to start up a chicken breeding business, also water birds, turkeys, etc
If land is big enough I would like to breed Game such as Impala and njala on a small scale, with huge returns.
If someone has the land but not using it, then please give me a call.
We could work on a profit share.
