Future Lodge is located in Alberton and is surrounded by Recreational activities, restaurants and shopping centers. The units are highly suitable for single professionals with one vehicle, looking for some peace and quiet and is not suitable for entertaining. These units are highly cost efficient when it comes to saving water and electricity, by using water saving shower heads, induction stoves and 3 watt down lighters using a maximum of 24 watts to power all the lights and to top it off in the near future we will be converting all geysers to solar power to cut the cost down even more.

Each unit is tiled throughout with porcelain tiles, kitchens having granite tops with a breakfast nook and oven. Both kitchen and bedroom have black cherry cupboards and the bedroom having an on suit bathroom with space for a washing machine. Units are also equipped with DSTV in both bedroom and lounge provided you have your own decoder. The unit sizes are 49 square meters and some are 56 square meters. All units are self catering and only approved clients may view.

Monthly rent will be from R 4500.00 excluding water and lights.
Can also be used for offices.
