PlotFARM House Lease Wanted By A Film-Maker

A small, independent film-maker needs a large, fully furnished house with business rights as a location to shoot a Drama/Comedy for 3-months from July'14 to October'14. Preferred areas are Joburg/Gauteng north (fourways/Kyalami/lanseria etc), West Rand and South Rand.
The deposit and rental (between R10 000-15 000 p/m) will be deferred and paid at once after the shooting. An insurance deposit and rental guarantee will be put in place in favour of the landlord. Further, there is the possibility of retaining the venue/location for other film projects diarised for release in 2014.
