This is a warning to all tenants out there looking for a room. I responded to an ad Rietondale Room and moved in only to discover the following: The couple are quite inconsiderate, watching their TV quite loudly EVERY night and you are unable to sleep. On weekends they play loud music starting from 10am onwards.They do not clean up after themselves - one thing is the kitchen - where dishes are constantly unwashed and you have to move their dirty dishes -to wash yours. They do not clean up after their dogs (5Jack Russels) who urinate in the house. The garden is neglected - and full of their 5 Jack Russels dog poo. They have not paid my deposit SO DONT TAKE THE PLACE.
