We're looking for a female housemate of sober habits to share a large, neat and spacious house with us. The house is a large, private residence (not a townhouse or flat) with a beautiful green garden and ample safe parking. The neighborhood of Garsfontein is quiet, safe and close to major shopping centers, gautrain bus routes etc.

The available room overlooks the garden and is very spacious (easily takes a queen sized bed, desk and chairs) with a lot of built-in cupboards. The large full bathroom (shower and bath) is shared with one other neat lady. Toilet is separate.
Price includes partial water and lights (our bill is subsidized and we split the excess), maid service, garden service, armed response.

Regret NO smoking and unfortunately no pets.

This would be ideal for a single working lady.
