SEEKING AN INVESTOR

I have a property in Boksburg worth R 920,000.00. I owe the bank in the region of R 356,000.00 so there is substantial equity in this property. I wish to start my own business and would like to use my property as collateral. I wish to sell the house for a total of R 485,000.00.

After three years I wish to buy the house back based on a negotiated profit margin, while paying costs on a monthly basis.

The conditions are as follows :

1. I DO NOT want to sell the property outright.

2. The property will have to be registered equally in my name and that of the investor

3. After three (3) years I will pay back the lump sum plus profit.

4. I will also pay a certain amount each month as rental

5. I will cover all costs of transfer

6. If I don't buy the house back in the three years I will agree to sell the property, pay back the lump sum and the profit will be equally split between owner and investor.
