Due to kids being in school and my mom not being able to go on holiday alone any longer, we can not make use of our timeshare anymore. We want to give the timeshare away for FREE to anyone who is interested. Just take over the annual levy and pay the R1000 transfer to Umzumbe.
Time Share Period 1-8 June and 8-15 June
These dates stay the same each year.
The Chalet consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, lounge/dining room and kitchen. The chalet sleeps 6 (1 x Double bed and 4 x single beds). The Chalets are fully equipped and furnished. Each Chalet has its own braai facility and a carport
The current annual levy is approximately R3500 per week.
2015/2016 Levy has been paid in.
