The complex is close to the N1 Malibongwe on/offramp, Randridge mall and other main roads.
I’m Afrikaans-speaking, 31 years old, a non-smoker, work full time and am looking for someone with the same values.
The rental includes:
• One undercover parking
• Your own bedroom big enough for a double bed. With built-in cupboards. (Furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs)
• Use of all communal areas – garden, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, tv room.
• Use of kitchenware and furniture
Water and electricity will be split 50/50 as will the cost of a weekly domestic worker.
