We are a family of 2, who are looking to rent an apartment with the following requirements :
- Starting from 1 September 2016
- Montana or surrounding areas( NOT Annline nor Sinoville)
- Centurion Area also considered
- Rental up to a maximum of ZAR 6000
- 2 Bedroom - with 2 car parkings(at least one covered)
- Area in Kitchen for fridge, dish-washer and front loading Washing machine
- Apartment should have a good LTE Telkom range
- Unfurnished
- Dstv cable preferable, we have our own decoder
- If there are hangings on the walls(nails and such) it is alright and not a problem
We both have excellent credit history, will take care of a garden if required, and have no pets. We have our own furnishings. Since it is just myself(Indian) and my husband (South African Indian), we wouldn't be too noisy nor messy (I stay at home).
