Wanted Garden flat or Cottage for mature professional lady

Semi retired mature quiet lady working from home require a sunny garden unit with space for queen bed in bedroom, living/kitchen area and bathroom with washing machine space. Outside space needed around the cottage for my patio furniture, prize T-roses in pots as potplants, braai etc plus off street parking.
I have two mature neutered male cats that mind their own business.
I am independent plus I also write therefore require a normal but quiet nabourhood. Property must be within walking distance to public transport please +- few blocks. I walk a lot to stay fit.
Have always been in semi caretaker position and require long term rental.
